Stay Healthy

  • Try to eat 5 portions of fruit & veg each day.
  • Limit alcohol intake to: 21 units per week (men)
    14 units per week (women)
    (1 unit = 1 measure of spirits, ½ pint beer, 1 glass wine)
  • Take regular exercise – aim for 20 min 3 times a week.
  • Do you smoke? Are you overweight?
    Not had a “check up” for a while?
    Our Practice Nurses would be happy to see you.
  • Immunisations – are you up-to-date with tetanus?
