Our reception staff are here to help you. To assist the doctors our staff may need to ask you for further details when you telephone. They are not being deliberately intrusive and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses. As our reception area is a little too public, if you wish to discuss something of a confidential nature please mention it to a receptionist, who will make arrangements for you to have the necessary privacy.
